This class is open for all levels, as the options are offered for different levels of experience. Classes are focused on tuning into the body, connecting with the breath to find a sense of flow and harmony. Through this mindful practice we’re healing the physical body. In the healthy body we can enjoy peaceful and focused mind and open heart.
You can access the sessions from the comfort of your home, garden, local park or forest. If you can’t make it, you will receive a link to the recording of the session to practise when it is more convenient for you.
