Private yoga sessions are the best way to work with a specific aspect of the practice, specific injury, part of the body etc. Group classes are great, I love us meeting together, there is magic in this energy we create when practising together, online or in the same room. But these classes are always general. If you want yoga to help you with a specific thing, 1-2-1 session is the most effective way to work towards it.
We meet for 6 sessions (to be taken within two months), this gives enough time for me to create a perfect session designed for your specific needs and for you to get comfortable with the movements, shapes, the breathing, any tools that we’re using during the session. Transformation happens through regularity.
After this time you will see if you need few more sessions or you’re happy to continue on your own. You will receive a recording of the class that you can follow. When you practise what’s been designed for your individual needs you may notice how quickly you start connecting with and understanding your body a bit better. We can have a follow up chat sometime after to see how you’re doing and if you need further support.
