A very special session for challenging times of pandemic. For anyone affected by what’s happening this year in any way. For anyone touched by fear, anxiety, anyone feeling hopeless or helpless, feeling angry, frustrated or simply confused by all that’s happening. These are all very valid emotions and experiences to have. But they can overwhelm us, affecting our health, physical and mental, how we breathe, sleep, digest, how we move our body, how we communicate and make our decisions.
I create this space for us to gather together to learn the tools that yogis have been using for millennia and may be useful especially in these intense times. I will share with you some specific techniques that can help us to stay sane, balanced, strong and resilient, able to look at things as they are and not through the lens of sometimes intense emotions.
Our session will include easy breathing exercises, guided meditation and to relax our mind and nervous system we will close the session with sound meditation. This event is for everyone, no experience in yoga or meditation is required.
