This is a unique combination of slower paced vinyasa flow movements with the relaxing sounds of nature and instruments like gongs, bowls and chimes. First part of the practice invites to connect with ones inner-self via fluid and mindful movements and finding ones own rhythm of the breath. This provides the foundation for the second part of the practice slowly leading to stillness, letting go of any tension, listening and deep relaxation. The healing sounds of the instruments encourage the thinking mind to slow down, nervous system to calm and body to relax completely.
