Flow Yoga for Women is designed with women in mind and their needs. It will wrap up your day, releasing tightness and accumulated tension. It will provide both movement and stillness, it will get the juices flowing in a nourishing way, toning the body, leaving you both calm & energised at the same time. Every class will include a long relaxation to cultivate feminine energy within us – whether a supported restorative, yin posture, meditation, or extended savasana.

-block of 6 classes £50 – valid for 2 months from purchase date /cash or online
-monthly £50 – you can join all open classes between first and last day of the month; if you want to join both sessions on Wednesday 7pm Vinyasa and 8.15pm Slow Flow, then you pay for the second only £5; monthly payments exclude our special Gong Bath once a month) /cash
Benita has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for over 10 years, received her RYT200 - level1 yoga teacher certificate in Sri Lanka (YogaArts School) and RYT300- level2 in Bali, Indonesia (YogaArts School), accredited by Yoga Alliance UK.
